  The downstream arm of the oil and gas sector has now been fully deregulated by the federal government, and guiding price bands for the sale of petro at fuel stations will no longer be released.  The Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency which made the announcement, said PMS price will now be determined by the forces of demand and supply and the international cost of crude oil. Though the agency will ensure that oil marketers do not profiteer, petrol dealers are now expected to source for product and fix their price.   PPPRA Executive Secretary, Abdulkadir Saidu said;  "This, however, must be in accordance with our code of conduct because as a regulator, it is our duty to protect the consumer and operators must abide by our codes."   A Nigerian lady identified as Immaculate Okuchu, has been confirmed dead after being crushed by a truck in the Ajah area of Lagos state.    The  beautiful woman who was set to walk the aisle this October with her fiance, died at the scene of the incident.    Immaculate's sister, Magdalene who penned down a tribute to her wrote;    I can't just comprehend it, some hours ago you were sounding so positive, you posted you goods on your timeline, . .Death why nah....   The Lagos state government from 20th of this month will be after us the drivers again.  Their demand will be lasdri hackney permit road worthiness and operational licence fee.  The 1st three are to be provided by drivers while the last item (operational licence fee) is to be paid for by the apps companies.  Uber/bolt that has been in operation all this while had made it clear that they're not ready to pay while we don't  know if jetride and mykab who are just coming on board have the capacity to pay and ready to pay.  As is it today we are not aware if any of the app companies that has paid or not?  If non of them pay what then happens to us if caught working without the licence?

The Convener of Revolution Now in Osogbo, Osun State capital and two others were on Wednesday’s morning arrested by operatives of the Department of Secret Service, DSS. Following AMILOADED who gathered the news through Citymirrownews that Bakare on Wednesday with members of the Revolution Now converged at the popular Olaiya junction in Osogbo to state a protest against bad governance, lack of infrastructure, extra judicial activities among others. The protesters whi were arrested while having a peaceful address with the police officers at Olaiya roundabout in Osogbo, the state capital. A yet to be identified member of the RevolutionNow while addressing security agents and onlookers was abruptly arrested by DSS while, Bakare and two others were also arrested, while others fled the scene. Meanwhile, It would be recalled that Bakare and a former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore staged a protest which led to their arrest and being detained. Despite Government and all related bodies that are in charge of fighting this common enemy to see that the pandemic becomes the things of the past. As we all know that Eid-El- Kabir is a season that is very important to all our Muslims brothers and sisters just as Christmas is to the Christians. Every here and there, we can see that Nigerians are in total readiness for this festival despite pandemic. MOUAU Vice Chancellor cleared of sexual harassment allegation by female staff Prof Francis Otunta, the Vice Chancellor of  Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), Abia State has been cleared of a sexual harassment allegation levelled against him by a female staff of the institution identified as Dr Patricia Mbah.  Dr Patricia Mbah was accused of launching a vendetta against the institution's VC after being disciplined according to the University's rules over an alleged misconduct.  A statement released by the Institution's Registrar and Secretary to Council, Mrs Jacinta N.
